工作地点：深圳腾讯总部

职位要求：

　　* 人机交互、认知心理学、工业设计、或相关专业本科以上学历，硕士优先。
　　* 熟悉研究方法论和研究步骤，了解各种研究方法，有统计和数据分析基础。
　　* 优秀的英文文章阅读能力，能阅读专业相关文章，英语六级以上优先。
　　* 具有良好的工作计划和自我管理能力，能研究投入和收益比率，在有限时间内完成研究报告。
　　* 较强的沟通能力，能与其他研究员，不同职能的团队协作。
　　* 对互联网行业热情，有实际针对互联网产品的研究经验，有电子商务类研究经验优先。
　　* 2年以上相关工作经验（含实习）。

工作职责：

　　* 协助部门进行新产品设计、产品原型评测。
　　* 协助部门进行现有产品的改版设计。
　　* 主持用户观察、深访、焦点小组等可用性相关测试。
